Syed Ahmed Al Hasan (as) typically speaks formal Arabic, also known as modern standard Arabic, whenever he is speaking in public interviews or presenting to others.
Given that he was born and grew up in Basrah, he naturally knows the Iraqi Arabic accent, in fact, many Ansar who have spent time with him, speak Arabic with the Iraqi accent and they communicate with him with no issues.
Hence, whether someone speaks Modern Standard Arabic, or speaks Arabic with their own accent, there is no issue with this.
