Reward for one’s acts

Syed Ahmed Al Hasan (pbuh) has encouraged everyone to worship Allah with an understanding of what we are doing, otherwise, there is no point to it.

Hence, one should search the meaning, then the intent of what Allah wants to convey to the reader and this is only attainable through having an open mind and being able to critique one’s prejudices and biases.

This excerpt has been taken from Kitab Altawheed (Book of Unification, sometimes translated as Book of Monotheism) in the Introduction on p. 7

“For, worship without understanding is void of meaning, let alone any (being void of) reality”

فالعبادة دون معرفة فارغة عن المعنى فضلا عن الحقيقة
